If you choose to submit an enquiry through the assistant, the details you provide (name, company, contact details and requirement) are sent to us by email, exactly like our enquiry forms; nothing is sent until you complete that step. If you choose the WhatsApp option, your message is handed to WhatsApp only when you tap send there.
